• You must come to your appointments alone. No children or extra adults. (our seating area is limited and reserved for customers )

• Please come makeup free around your eyes with squeaky clean lashes; if not please be prepared to clean lashes.

• No coffee, caffeine, energy drinks within 2 hours of your appointment.

• Your very first appointment will be the longest, there will be a consultation to make sure we get the desired look you are achieving. 

• All appointments start at your start time, if you are more then 15 minutes late this is taking away from your lash time and may result in lashes not being full you may be asked to reschedule.

        •       At Esthetics with Vanessa we require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Any last minute cancellation or cancellation without proper 24 hour notice will require a new payment and no refund will be given. 

          •        No refunds.
